This is a short Pilates based practice for pelvic floor. Jaime will guide you through breathing, centring and connecting to your core and pelvic floor muscles featuring a series of targeted exercises. The class is suitable for all levels and anyone looking to improve the pelvic floor generally or post-baby/ kids. Please have GP sign off if you are post natal before participating in this session.
