Powerful glutes play a key role in how efficiently your body moves, and helps to limit the amount of stress put on your lower back. Over 30 classes designed as short impactful 15 minute sessions. Each class has been created around specific body parts and will include core + back, glutes, quads + hams, shoulders, arms and cardio. In each focus you will find a mix of methods available to choose from with the ability to design your own workout based on your specific goals. Want to build strong legs and glutes?
