Our yoga classes guide you mindfully through a beautiful series of Vinyasa flow yoga poses to create strength, agility and balance. This Vinyasa practice harmonises the movements of the body and breath in creative sequences to cultivate a quiet in the mind and a connection to your body. The class includes warm-up postures, standing and seated asanas, pranayama (exploration of breath) and a relaxing Savasana to close.
