This 15 minute workout series has been designed to focus on cardio, an essential component of any workout, whether you want to lose weight, get fit, or just be healthier. There are lot's of benefits to cardio such as fat burning for weight loss, enhancing sleep quality, expanding lung capacity, lowering stress rates, reducing the risk of heart attack, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, and some forms of cancer as well as making you feel more confident. Over 30 classes designed as short impactful 15 minute sessions. Each class has been created around specific body parts and will include core + back, glutes, quads + hams, shoulders, arms and cardio. In each focus you will find a mix of methods available to choose from with the ability to design your own workout based on your specific goals. Want to build strong legs and glutes? Try a 15 minute LFT (barre) class from the glutes section and add in a 15 minute SRT (strength + resistance) class from the quads + hams section.
