About your breathwork guide - Jo Cruickshanks:
Jo is a level 5 breathwork practitioner who has been using breathwork on and off in her own practice for 10 years. She is trained with Max Strom, Ted Speaker and author of 'Breathe to Heal' and 'There's no App for happiness' in 2010 and completed breathwork training with David Elliott in New Mexico. Jo is also a trained yoga teacher and has completed years of study and practice in Somatic Meditation. In addition Jo is also an experienced entrepreneur and purpose coach, mother of two and wife. 2 years ago, she finally decided to leave behind her stressful career and start sharing breathwork to help others ride the wave of their life with more ease, grace and creative expression.
