Our '30 Day Journey To Change' is a transformational journey that will change the way you view nutrition and exercise. We have designed this programme to give you the tools to plan balanced and healthy meals, to raise the quality of your diet with a diverse range of fresh and natural ingredients and to establish a regular routine for meals and exercise. Exercise plays a key role in helping you to achieve your health and wellbeing goals, so we have designed a personalised exercise program on the SPN+ platform just for you.

Our aim is to offer you a progressive exercise programme with classes and content that complement each other and provide a balanced and achievable schedule to stick to. By the end of the programme we hope that you will feel empowered and confident to continue a consistent and enjoyable exercise schedule for yourselves made up of at home workouts and studio classes to keep you engaged and supported in the long term and more importantly to help your personal goals.

The plan includes a full nutritionally designed food plan and e-recipe book (email [email protected] to get the full complimentary recipe book), weekly fitness schedule with daily assigned classes in our virtual studio, video blogs covering a wide variety of topics including sleep, the power of affirmations, supplements and mindfulness and also journaling to track emotional state throughout the process.
