Our RDE classes consist of high energy and low impact indoor cycling class taking place in a dark room with sound responsive DJ lights and a booming sound system. You can expect a variety of riding profiles plus upper body work using hand weights – expect to totally lose yourself and push the limits with an incredibly energising playlist with everything from house to old school hip hop. Turn the music up and get ready to ride.

    Hannah's RDE 35 is another pure spin class focusing on speed, strength and endurance and pushing yourself to the max.  It’s a face paced spin experience to dance music where you will endure mountains, sprints and races challenging your legs and lungs to their limit.
