Our RDE classes consist of high energy and low impact indoor cycling class taking place in a dark room with sound responsive DJ lights and a booming sound system. You can expect a variety of riding profiles plus upper body work using hand weights – expect to totally lose yourself and push the limits with an incredibly energising playlist with everything from house to old school hip hop. Turn the music up and get ready to ride.

  • RDE 15 with Lucy (sprints)

    Intense 15 min workout focussing on speed.

    Intense session focussing on hill climbs - building power and stamina in the legs and core.

  • RDE 20 with Rebecca

    Short but certainly not sweet, this RDE navigates flats and climbs, it's a very thorough workout for just 20 minutes!

  • RDE 20 with Amy (2)

    A short but sweaty RDE working on building up the heart rate by adding in resistance with arms and core work.

  • RDE 20 with Lucy (core)

    20 minute class using movements on the bike and weights to engage the core, work the arms and upper body for a total body workout. Equipment: weights between 0.5 - 3kg

  • RDE 20 with Lucy (power based)

    20 minute intense workout across all speeds focusing on using the music to turn on the power and feel the burn!

  • RDE 20 with Amy

    Amy takes us through a short but intense RDE with sprints, endurance and climbs set to an epic base fuelled playlist.

  • RDE 20 With Sophie

    A quick, intense blast of hills, endurance runs, sprints and a press up track followed by a stretch.
