  • LFT 30 With Jon

    Long legs!! (small jumps) Series of moves from the second position. Love the plie. Love the burn.

  • TRX 45 with Jon

    Musculation class with no jumps- close grip rows for the back and chest press…. for the chest! A very unpleassant abdominal finisher. (In Jon's words)

  • TRX 30 with Jon

    Legs Day! (No jumps) Squats and isometric holds, single leg squats + heel burns.

  • LFT 30 with Jon (foundation)

    Jon will take you through the foundations of a barre class to include: first and second positions, plies and a variety of barre positions and movements you will find in our LFT classes.

  • LFT 45 with Jon

    Former dancer Jon will take you through 45 minutes of barre, breaking down the movements with a focus on technique. Expect some humour and lighthearted fun in this class.

  • ALN 60 with Jon (Obliques)

    Obliques, obliques + obliques! Traditional Pilates exercises with some additions to work deep into those side core muscles.

  • ALN + CORE 30 with Jon

    Floor based class focusing on pelvic movements, abdominals, your six pack and obliques.

  • ALN 45 with Jon

    A lovely classical Pilates class with Jon, for improved flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone. This class has a particular focus on the 'core muscles' of your body balancing muscular strength on both sides of your body.
